Never reflect, never plan, never confront the uncomfortable truths in your life.
The more distracted you are, the further you drift from who you could be.
7. Chase validation.
Let others define your worth.
Spend your days trying to impress people who don’t care, and your nights wondering why you feel hollow.
The more you chase approval, the more you lose yourself.
8. Fear failure.
Avoid trying anything unless you’re guaranteed success.
Play it safe, stick to what’s easy, and convince yourself you’re “not ready.”
Over time, fear will shrink your world until it’s too small to live in.
9. Surround yourself with the wrong people.
Stay close to those who hold you back.
Let them mock your dreams, fuel your insecurities, and keep you stuck in the same place.
Your environment shapes you—choose poorly, and it’ll destroy you.
10. Wait for motivation.
Convince yourself that you need to “feel ready” to act.
Spoiler: that day will never come.
You’ll wait and wait until life passes you by, realizing too late that action creates the energy you were waiting for.
