I know this is true, but sometimes it’s difficult. True, deep letting go happens when we’re ready. Just saying “ok, I let go” in the mind is only a stepping stone to a deeper letting go. Thanks for sharing this.

Does letting go actually require time? If it takes time is it actually letting go? Is letting go a process or an event? If it's a process isn't it controlling and just another way of healing? Can you help me understand? Or should I just let this go?
