But later, reflecting on historical figures like Viktor Frankl, Nelson Mandela, and Epictetus, who found meaning and resilience amid suffering, he began to see the value in the message.
Accepting pain as part of personal growth allows us to start over—not from scratch, but with new wisdom that helps us make better choices.
