One book opened my meditation journey.
I found myself falling in love with this interesting skill.
Chapter 9: Walking meditation
This meditation is similar as 經行(kinhin), is a practice within several forms of Buddhism that involve movement and periods of walking between long periods of sitting meditation.
-Bring elevated emotions such as gratitude, joy, inspiration, compassion and love to your heart center.
-Hold a clear intention in your mind’s eye. You might pick a representative symbol that connects you to the energy of your future.
-Open your eyes, and without looking anything or anyone, open your focus and keep your awareness on the space around your body in space while maintaining a trance state.
-Raise your energy to its zenith and feel gratitude, appreciation, and thankfulness.
-Do this cycle two or three times.
I love the feeling that every time I opened my eyes. The world became brighter and brighter, more and more beautiful. Have anyone tired this before?
